Excellent and rather unusual - a white Minervois made with a complex blend of Grenache (50%), Roussanne (20%), Maccabeo (10%), Bourboulenc (10%) and Muscat (10%). The latter adds a light grape dimension to the nutty, full and enticing aroma. The palate is exactly what I enjoy - weighty but crisp, flavoursome with a long length.
