Food pairing: Baked gnocchi with king prawns and sage.
Really typical of what to expect from a good verdicchio. Good intensity of flavour, nice and acidic, with nutty flavour.
Food pairing:
Pale straw in colour the initial aromas are of mineral with pineapple coming through. On the palate it's citrussy with a touch of minerals, initially sharp then mellows in the mouth.
