I had the 1999 reserve Chardonnay at a Corney & Barrow wine tasting session in Sept 2003 with my old man. I remember how lovely it was and gave it 9 out of 10!!! Very pricey thou' at the discounted (!) price of £33.90
Food pairing: Cracked crab and crusty bread
Oh I am so glad Systim reminded me of this wonderful wine which we bought direct from the vineyard in California, and then enjoyed at our friend Sarah's house in San Francisco with 'cracked crab' and some crusty bread. Wonderful!
