Food pairing: Home-made battered cod and chips.
Fantastic fresh lively aroma of gooseberry and sharp green apples. On the palate, lively fresh and zingy. Balanced, and really interesting. Typical Marlborough Sauvignon, but a very, very good one. Can't stop inhaling the invigorating aromas.
