The wine is very dark purple in color with an almost black center; jammy blackberry and spice aromas. Mouth filling blackberry and black raspberry fruit combine with tar and licorice flavors and dusty tannins. This has an excellent balance of fruit, acidity and tannins, with the trademark Geyserville layers of flavor. Will reward another 6-10 years in the cellar, if you can resist that long.
