Food pairing:
A soft very creamy slightly oaky Pouilly-Fuisse that I tried at The Wine Show in London and should have bought some but our bags were already bursting, however, I might have to go to Monmouth,Wales at some point to visit the very charming people at Irma Fingal-Rock who sell this wine, alternatively I could just click over to their web site at http://www.pinotnoir.co.uk/ but what would be the fun in that?
