Food pairing:
My husband and I bought this at The Wine Show in London after trying it at the Sandyford Vineyard stand. Unfortunately, they were the only English vineyard exhibiting at the show, which is a shame as I would have liked to taste more English wines, as I keep hearing about them but you hardly ever see them.
A fresh and fruity sparkline wine that would be great as a less dry alternative to Champagne.
