Food pairing: Salted cashews
I have always loved Bin 65 - it started in my Uni days before Aussie wines became so popular and so it was nicely cheap for students...not anymore!

Food pairing: can't recommend anything
Normally, Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay is one of the best bargains in everyday white wines. The 2005, however, was a very subpar vintage: watery, thin, tasting of overripe grapes stored in tin containers. I'm hoping the 2006 vintage is better.

Food pairing: Fish
I had this wine at my wedding, as I love new world, full flavoured, oaked wine. It's one of my favourites.
Some people may find this wine too intense to accompany food, maybe preferring to keep as a nice bottle to have with friends of an evening.

Food pairing: Salmon and new potatoes
Ok, not the most exciting wine but not bad when you are just looking for an everyday wine. Good with salmon.
