Food pairing: We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 18°C to 22°C with the most delicious dishes of dark and game meat.

Ivan Dolac is top quality dry red wine from the best wine-growing region. It is produced from the autochthonous Dalmatian grape cultivar Plavac mali, with an average crop of 0.5 kg per vine plant. Vineyards are located on the southern side of the island in the area of Ivan Dolac, a settlement after which the wine was named. It is dark, ruby red in color with rich barrique bouquet and odor. Before being bottled it must be aged for at least 18 months in 225 L oak-barrels. It contains from 13.5 to 14.4 vol. % of alcohol as well as 4.5 to 5.5 g/L of acid. We recommend the wine be served at temperatures from 18°C to 22°C with the most delicious dishes of dark and game meat.
