This deep ruby red wine is a classically crafted California Syrah. Barrel aged for 18 months in both new French and American oak barrels, the nose exhibits loads of white pepper, cassis, chocolate and mint aromas. Flavors of black cherry and creamy vanilla are followed by bold tannins and oak to round out the mouth. Great balance between power and structure.
