Is that an aniseed edge to the aroma? There is the 'normal' green and nettle aromas found in all decent Sauvignons but with more than a dash of welcome complexity too. The palate is lovely - at once crisp and juicy but with a creamy edge. Flavours of passion fruit, green grass and straw mingle delightfully with a nice 'poise' to the palate and a lingering length
