Food pairing: Home-made fish pie.
Mellow musky taste of ripe (or over-ripe) grapes. The nose has a really sweet smell to it. Fragrant too. On the palate, refreshing and dry, but at the same time fairly rich. Goes surprisingly well with fish pie.
