Food pairing:
I really enjoyed this wine. Though I'm no expert, I'd have to guess this isn't a 'new world' fans dream. Hints of cherry and blackberry blended with curry and cumin. Soft palette with lots of tannin structure.
My wife shuddered and said it tasted like cat piss. She's a 'new world' fan :)
