Food pairing: Barbecue food: big fat peppery sausages.
Bright ruby cherry colour, very lively aromas of fruit and mint. For all its virtues (lively, fresh, powerful, vigorous, decadent), the wine is a bit monolithic - it's mostly a heady combination of blackberry fruit and alcohol with a short, slightly acidic finish. Good for a barbecue perhaps, but ultimately not very interesting.
