Food pairing:
An absolutely gorgeous sauvignon blanc from Chile. Crisp with lots of tropical fruits. A long complex finish.
Food pairing:
A creamy honey flavoured Sauvignon with a nice balance of acidity and a mouth filling roundedness and tasty finish.
Worth the money though a little pricey [about £15.00]. We ordered six bottles, so a few to enjoy yet!
