vin wine vignoble pierre pleau dundee haut st laurent quebec pinoqachole sabrevois foch
It's a pleasant little wine, from grapes grown right here in Quebec! And winter-hardy- that is they do not have to be buried each winter.
The wine appears slightly "foxy", but that is to be expected with a winter-hardy vine. A hint of fresh Pinoqachole is evident in the bouquet.
The two varietals are Sabrevois and Foch- extremely winter-hardy.
ENCOURAGE (and BUY from) local producers!

No doubt this vin rouge from the Haut St-Laurent (specifically St Agnes de Dundee) in Quebec could be followed by a chaser of Pinoqachole for a well-rounded evening!
