| Clean and spiky, green, crisp and crunchy. A touch of spritz on the palate adds to the freshness. Lime streaked pear and apple flavours and relatively simple in profile - no 'minerality' that you can find in Sauvingons; so no great texture but a simple, straight forward, dry white wine. | ||
