This is an opulent, expansive, creamy, buttery Chardonnay with real power and depth. It has rich overtones of mangoes and apricots, almost like a dessert wine, but the acidity balances out the sweetness very elegantly. It's a very satisfying experience.
It's a meal in itself, but wonderful with a slow-roast chicken or some good stinky cheeses.
