Had this tucked away since release; the price though and where purchased from escapes me. Just a single solitary bottle in the rack remained. It wouldn't have been expensive, at a guess about £5.99. So an off-dry German white with 7 years age and just 9% alcohol.
With that age you would expect some of that petrol-like development to show on the nose and it does but not overly aggressively. A little spritz remains lifting the creamy, sherbet, lime and orange-peel flavoured wine. Not hugely complex but gentle and pleasant.
